Some young golfers in Colorado saw their sand traps turn into booby traps, as some strippers showed up at the same course.

DEADSPIN tees up news of a little scheduling snafu at the Eagle Trace Country Club, where some 7 to 12-year-olds got to share their clubhouse space with some adult entertainers who had arrived for a charity event.

The ladies were there to take part in the annual Shotgun Willie’s Charity Golf Tournament, sponsored by a local strip club of the same name. Club workers say that none of the working gals were allowed to take it off until all the children had left.

While none of the young’uns were treated to a lap dance on the links, some parents were horrified by the impromptu get together. One mother - who asked not to be identified - described what she’d seen:

“When I walked into the club house to look for my girls, I saw a woman straddling a male at a dining table.“

She was probably just helping him go through the menu. Even so, such activities are bound to pique kids’ natural curiosity:

She says her children had quite a few questions on the ride home.

“‘Mom, why is she only wearing underwear?’” she recalled. “‘Mom, why are the girls wearing white and why do the men have water guns?’”

Simple - they’re playing cops & robbers.

Unfortunately for Shotgun Willie’s crew, their fun on the fairways was not to last. Even after the kids left, local police had received two complaints about “inappropriate dress and conduct” on the course, so the cops showed up and put a stop to the tournament.

Bet Vince Neil never had these problems.
