It will no doubt be the grandest, most corrupt undertakings by the mayor in the history of this city. There is very, very little in the city that is not hindered by corruption. From the garbage truck driver who got her job at a political rally despite not having a drivers license to the firms who issue the debt to politically favored investors for far less than what it is worth to the parking meters which have been sold off for half of what they're worth ... there isn't a thing that isn't touched by corruption.
