you invade the country take rob all its oil and and land. the least you can do is give them back some of there money to go to a football tournament. and + if they were so bad then they wouldnt have won the last asia cup. but i guess they were good enough,

But then on the other hand, if not for the American/British invasion, the Iraq team would have been there self-funded, so do we have some obligation? Plus they are a much stronger team than New Zealand.

New Zealand are from the Oceanic Region. Any idea how much FIFA pays the teams for appearing in Confederations Cup? I would also consider the cost of going to the Confederations Cupit worth it because of the joy winning the Asian Cup brought Iraqis
