That is one hilariously funny guy. It makes you feel good just by watching him do his thing. I need to check Amazon and see if there is a DVD.

The Chicken (and the man) is a class act all the way. He's one of the few throwbacks to pre-corporatized America and baseball.

He will be sorely missed.

A correction, if I may: KGB was (and still is) a radio station in San Diego and the chicken was originally the mascot for it. There has been no such business as KGB Chicken in SD (or anywhere, that I recall).

Seriously, is this guy for real? Steal the fanatics thunder? "…but they feel some sort of loyalty to their local character. Philly will never let me in, because they know I'd steal the thunder of the Phanatic." I would say it is time for this guy to retire. I think the Phanatic should be the one holding a sign that says, "Eat Me Chikin." Nobody has given a rats ass about that chicken in twenty years. Phillies fans care about the fanatic cause he's their mascot and roots for their team. Nobody cares about a roving chicken mascot for hire. He's going out of business because his act is tired and stupid, rightly so.
