Why should Wal-Mart be obligated to hold up their end of the agreement when Andre Johnson couldn't hold up his? "Oh, it's Wal-Mart, they're a big company, they should just eat the difference." Why? Just because you think they can afford the loss?

One could argue that Johnson could afford to buy the kids water out of his own pocket. Read any personal finance book: the people with the most money are the ones that spend it the most wisely.

Yes, it would have been nice if they would have donated the water anyway. They had planned to do so under an agreement, and that agreement fell through, and I don't see how Andre Johnson can simply push the blame onto Wal-Mart when he broke the contract on his own.

Here's how crazy Walmart is, do a wikipedia search for the world's largest companies. They are all oil, automobile, and a couple financial companies (you know the sickeningly profitable types).

All that is, except number one. That honor belongs to Walmart.
