The DALLAS MORNING NEWS takes their ball & goes homes, as Wade Phillips appears to be a sore loser.

Commenting on Sunday’s loss to the Giants, the Cowboys coach remarked, “After looking at the tape, I feel like the best team lost the game. I thought we outplayed them. But we lost.”
But Phillips added, “Certainly, that goes directly to the coach, and I accept that.” But he seems not so willing to accept the final score, and accept that the Cowboys season is over.
Had Tony Romo’s last pass been caught by Jason Whitten instead of R.W. McQuarters, would Wade have been such a sore winner? Hard to tell, since he’s never won a playoff game as head coach.
