How can you judge him? Who hasn't parked their car in a handi-capped spot whether it be 30 seconds or 10 minutes? Are you gonna throw handcuffs on him?? Are you a meter maid??? Stop hating on him and find some real f**k ups and criminals to interview and ask them why they committed the crime they did….basically…..get a life!
