What exactly was this douche trying to prove with that stunt anyway? I’m no Tressel apologist, but trespassing on the guy’s property when he knew there was no chance he’d get a comment is ridiculous. Did he expect an invitation for tea? No, he expected sports blogs, etc. to pick up his idiocy and gain some notoriety by making an issue out of nothing. Nice work, Brooks!

Gary Barnett got fired because some recruits went to parties and had sex with their peers and he bought some suits for his assistant coaches. You’re serious? Why do these sleaze bags get so much pleasure in seeing a coach get fired, bloggers like Brooks and Finebaum the Jerry Springer of College football is what is ruining the sport. We have one subpar newspaper (owned by the town’s second richest man), a terrible local sports-talk station with the same ownership, and the rest is TV news. This is a horrible display of journalism. It is tasteless, tacky, rude, and not news worthy. What did you think she was going to do?! Sit down and tell her whole story to a man that barges in on their PRIVATE property? I think everyone needs to take a look and see that no matter what Tress did, there is no reason for the media to involve his family. His family is a group of wonderful, God-loving people who have done nothing wrong. To go to someone’s home during a difficult time like this is disgusting.

The NCAA is a ‘double-standard’, archaic, ‘judge & jury’ that should have been abolished eons ago. As much $$$ as they make off college athletics, they ought 2 b able 2 overlook much of these petty offenses. If Terrell Pryor is smart, he will turn pro. He can always go back to school later. As for Tressell, he jions the ranks of the NCAA scapegoats–(Woody) Hayes, (Bobby) Knight etc. GO BUCKS!!!

They are so jealous of the consistent Ohio State successes that they will look for anything. Easier to destroy the program than to beat them. JT should have thought it through but he is not as gifted as these idiots that never made a mistake. But thius is so much about nothing. The NCAA is wrong and selectively judgmental.
