der, a blood test is more accurate and may be the law for testing in case of a fatal accident. If anything, a BREATHALYZER (the machine you are thinking of) may be the special treatment.

so you can blow into a machine and that's fine for everyone else. did this guy have his mouth wired shut? a blood test? wtf is wrong with the blowing machine? cops = douchebags when it comes to certain 'celebs'. they're either getting the special treatment or getting screwed sans vasoline.

Really? Scum? So you've already made up your mind that he was driving under the influence. Apparently the police thought he passed the road side sobriety test since they didn't arrest him at the time of the accident. What if this poor guy was running across the road and came out from behind another vehicle and Stallworth didn't see him in time to do anything? Nobody knows yet. Reserve judgement till all facts are in. I guess a black guy with dreads driving a Bently on Miami Beach are all the facts you need to declare him a scumbag.
