Wrong, these interviews with her were taped the next day about 12 hours later.

Go listen to her.

Then go listen to her friends.

The stories are inconsistent.

No DNA.

The ACCUSER said “Lets go to the bathroom”.

So much for being dragged there by a bodyguard like her friends said.

One friend said they heard Ben was going to be out that night.

But the accuser said they didn’t hear that at all.

The witnesses claimed the bathroom was locked.

But the club manager said the door does not lock and they don’t have a key for the door.

Too many inconsistencies people.

That’s why he was not charged.

In all of my many years as a singly man, I never met or even heard of (from other single guys) a girl or woman who wanted to have sex in a dingy restroom in a bar with dozens of patrons nearby. It simply did not happen the way Pig Ben and Tony Barravecchio claim it happened. Use some common sense, people.

If you look at all of the video and the evidence of what was found on her body after a rape kit test was conducted the conclusion was no sexual contact occured.

If the DNA was there he would be in jail now.

Why has no sports entity even hired a forensic pathologist like Dr. Baden or Dr Henry Lee on to explain this instead of listening to people rant about nonsense and innuendo. If he put any body part in her body DNA would have been left behind and enough to make a profile of the person who put it there.

The DA stated 2 months ago that the authorities did not request a sample from Roethlisberger after they found “male” DNA.

Why?

Because the male DNA was not Roethlisberger’s.
Yet no site,no ESPNs,Fox Sports,Sports Illustrated’s, or anyone explained this to the public.

IMO that makes this a smear campaign .

Ray Lewis was never up for murder charges. He was given 1 year probation for obstruction of justice.

The difference with Mike Tyson & Mike Vick going to jail vs. Big Ben is that those guys had friends & associates flip on them under pressure from the law. Big Ben, on the other hand, had the law as rent-a-cops for the evening in question….
