		<description>Yes.  Any exercise in the gym done incorrectly will injure you.  I don't feel the need or have the desire to squat or do walking lunges with enormous amounts of weight on my shoulders with perfect form every time and risk ending up with chronic sore knees and being unable to walk when I am 65.  Anyhoo, the video is pretty cool.</description>
