The cops apparently came down to check on some sparring fans, then had beer dumped on them by some Dodger-gear-wearing douches (maybe Big Wangs WAS onto something):
Sadly, since the cops were technically off-duty (though in uniform?), there were no charges filed.
Ironic when you consider this really should’ve been happening at CBP in Philly. And of course, it may well take place before October is out.

They were provoking the police but why is it that if they get hit by a beer, he has to go down those stairs on his back? he didn't even get charged? I hope he sues those a$$holes.
