FSN Reporter Suffers Uncontrollable Quake In Bed

Many folks in the Midwest were in for a shock Friday morning, as a surprise earthquake struck the region. (Although this weathercaster seemed to be unfazed.) But there was one sports reporter who felt a bit rattled.

Trenni Kusnierek earthquake

Jay Sorgi of AM 620 WTMJ in Milwaukee checks up on Trenni Kusnierek, who covers Brewers games for FSN Wisconsin. She was in Cincinnati, about 200 miles from the epicenter, when she described what when on in her hotel room:

“You kind of forget where you are, and you were freaking out, thinking someone was in my room, shaking my bed.

“I looked around and my bed was shaking, and I thought, ‘we’re in Cincinnati, there’s no way we’re having an earthquake. Are we having an explosion? Is there someone underneath my bed?”

I thought, ‘Oh, my God, I’m going to die alone in a hotel in Cincinnati.’ or ‘I must be dreaming it. I’m in the middle of the night.’ I’m looking under, I’m looking outside, no one seemed to be panicking.

“It was very, very weird.”

Trenni Kusnierek

Poor Trenni. Well, we’d be more than happy to accompany Ms. Kusnierek on her trips to help ease the loneliness - and really get her bed shaking! Oh!

Wonder how Erin Andrews would have dealt with it. Or do I just want to picture Erin Andrews in a hotel bed?
