I heard the 911 call…nothing to see/hear there. Just a confused neighbor with a crappy cordless phone mostly out of range.

As far as the police, I am not sure Tiger IS on the hook to speak with them. It is arguably worse from a PR perspective — which tells you he has lots to hide.
