The CBC reports that Trevis Smith, a current CFL and former Alabama football player, has been charged with sexual assault and tested positive for the HIV virus.

The latter news explains this recent Smith action shot.
Maybe this also explains why Michael Vick didn’t go with "Ron Canada."
