This is sadly typical of the Marriott family of hotels. They all appear to be run by officious, self-important idiots who have no sense of public relations or customer loyalty. She’s far better off staying at the Intercontinental, believe me.

The room was likely booked under her agency’s name and when they wanted to extend, the hotel clerk said, “yeah, right… of course you’re Oudin… now, get out, your reservation is up”. Sincerely, Mike Hunt.
