Despite what the team has (or really hasn’t) accomplished during it’s existence, a majority of responders want to keep the name and colors as is.

Some of the more supportive comments:
“The devil has nothing to do with wins or losses. The bullpen does.”
“Why bother? They aren’t making money because of the baseball, not the name or colors.”
“Pandering to the religious right won’t help us win any more ballgames.”
“Keep the colors green for the money the ownership pockets each year.”
