We had worked ourselves up into a lather about our latest tenuous connection between the latest news on Zack Greinke and Bill “Spaceman” Lee, hell-bent on jamming these hurling peas into a single UFO pod. We casually dropped this news on Brooks with a knowing grin; won’t we look so smart!
Until, of course, Brooks pulled us aside and pointed out that the rather interesting interview BIG LEAGUE STEW held with Greinke revealed that he didn’t partake in the great Kansas City barbecue, choosing instead to eat Chipotle at every opportunity. As Brillat-Savarin said, “Tell me what you eat and I will tell you what you are.”
