The UAB basketball team recently unveiled its brand-new, main road uniforms in a game against Middle Tennessee last week.

Wondering who was responsible for such an artistic triumph? Nike? Under Armour?

University of Alabama-Birmingham senior basketball star Robert Vaden had an up-and-down Saturday. The good news: he was named Preseason Player of the Year by the Conference USA’s coaches. The bad news: he was arrested on Saturday morning in Bloomington, IN on charges of public intoxication.

It’s hard to call that a push. THE HOOSIER SCOOP reports that an off-duty cop allegedly found Vaden drunk and pushing people around on the street. A quick Google Maps search on the address in the police report finds at least three bars on the block, so I’m guessing Vaden might have visited at least one of them that night.
