2:00 PM The Lower Hudson Journal News reports that Latrell Sprewell is facing foreclosure on his N.Y. mansion. Sprewell reportedly has not made mortgage payments on the $5.4 million property - which was the scene of an alleged domestic dispute in 2006 between Sprewell & his girlfriend.

1:40 PM Michael Strahan is getting married to Nicole Murphy - Eddie Murphy's ex-wife - and the bride-to-be says things are "cool" between the two men: "They'll give each other a hug when they see each other."

1:20 PM Interesting little factoid about Washington's first score, from Matt Terl of Redskins Blog: "(QB) Jason Campbell just tied (punter) Hunter Smith as only player on Redskins with a passing and rushing touchdown."

1:00 PM Pro Football Talk hears rumors that Bill Parcells could become the Browns' new director of football operations. Or the Big Tuna may just be using such talk to secure a hefty raise from the Dolphins.

Proof St. Louis Is America’s Top Baseball Town

As a longtime resident of Kansas City, I can tell you that I never tire of hearing about how St. Louis is the best baseball town in America.

Some of you may question that assertion, but I’m happy to report that we now have video evidence that that claim has crossed over into irrefutable fact.
