Well, here’s a fun little story. Arnelle Simpson, daughter of ex-running back/acquitted-part-time-double-murderer guy Orenthal James Simpson, got in a bit of a tussle with her pops Sunday night. And police were involved!

Arnelle was apparently upset with O.J.’s ladyfriend, Christie Prody, about her “behavior” - specifically her tendency to take a few more pulls from her flask than appropriate. 61-year-old O.J. got in the middle of the creepy catfight between his 39-year-old daughter and 32-year-old sexual partner, and got pushed to the ground in the process.

Mike Florio at PRO FOOTBALL TALK, which we probably check more on a daily basis than any other site out there, has a 1992 vid clip of “NBC LIVE!!!” It features Bob Costas, Buddy Ryan (someone check his glucose meter) and as Costas says, “as always, O.J. Simpson.”

The vid shows highlights of Brett Favre’s first major appearance with the Packers, as he led the team to a comeback win over the Bengals that day. From the postgame interview, looks like it was Skoal Bandits for Favre before he started dipping into the Vicodin.

We also enjoyed how Costas advises us on how to pronounced Favre’s last name: “By the way that is the way it’s pronounced, even though it’s spelled F-A-V-R-E.”

Bob, how else would you pronounce it?

Adam Housley of Fox News reports this afternoon that “OJ Simpson’s bail is revoked. He will be back to jail from Florida. He’s flying back today from Miami to Los Angeles and arriving early evening. He’s been taken into custody by Miguel Pereira, bail bondsman of You Ring We Spring Bail Bonds.”

More: “I got the tip late yesterday and have been holding it, making sure the bail bondsman made it to Miami and that he would actually be taken-in without an incident. Throughout last night and into today, we have kept this extremely quiet, with only a couple of people internally knowing this might go down. We can’t afford to let any information slip.”

There’s no further info from the report - so we don’t know what Simpson did to violate bail (not tipping his caddy?).

More importantly, how soon before Mr. “You Ring We Spring Bail Bonds” Pereira gets a reality show on Bravo?

DO NOT DISTURB - CASINO CLOSING ‘OJ ROOM’ TO PUBLIC: Vegas is all about making money, from the saps who spend their paychecks on the slots hoping for a jackpot, to the casinos raking in all the dough from the delirious gamblers.

However, one spot doesn’t want to cash in - the hotel where O.J. Simpson’s latest crime took place:

The LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL checks out the news of Palace Station keeping potential guests away from the “O.J. Room”.

It was in this hotel room that Simpson made his memorable memorabilia grab - an event that’s resulted in his criminal trial that began on Friday.

Visitors have requested reservations and media members have asked for tours of the infamous room, but the casino has closed off the space to the public, knowing what a “media circus” it would be come.

That hasn’t stopped folks from trying. A hotel spokesperson recalled, “We did have a couple people come up to the hotel registration, toss their credit card on the desk and say, ‘Charge me whatever you want so I can stay in the room.’”

But that doesn’t mean that others can’t profit from O.J.’s shenanigans.

The NEW YORK TIMES blog THE LEDE sees plenty of product placement in the current legal entanglement, most notably the name recognition for Sprint & the iPhone.

Where there’s a trial, there’s tons of money to be made.
