When we first learned of lovely Leryn Franco, we figured it would only be a matter of time before some well-known athlete would become smitten with the pretty Paraguayan javelin thrower.
And now a Serbian swinger has stepped up to the plate - tennis star Novak Djokovic has apparently fallen for Franco.
Although Djokovic has just started playing in the opening rounds of the U.S. Open, he can already claim the best trophy.

Even though she didn’t win the French Open, Maria Sharapova still remains a hot topic (and a hot chick) among the sporting community. However, the tennis titaness says she really doesn’t care for all the attention, and finds her celebrity status “weird“.
Mark Hodgkinson of the UK’s DAILY TELEGRAPH chats with the renowned racketeer, and discovers that Maria doesn’t want everyone to believe that she’s always the intense swinging gal you see on the courts:

According to AGENCE FRANCE PRESS, Sharapova’s only slightly amused about Djokovic’s joking. She called his antics “kind of boring,” while assuring fans, “I’m sure you guys are going to get bored of it.”
But it’s not all sour grapes, as Maria adds, “It’s fun any time you can get some entertainers out there.”
The question is: can she dish it out as well as she takes it?
