PRESS ONE FOR ENGLISH, TWO FOR THE NFL INJURED LIST: While living in Los Angeles for nearly a decade now, we’ve naturally developed an affinity for Mexico.
Mexicans and us, we both have a lot in commmon, like our undying love for Nolan Richardson, the warm feeling we get when our order at El Pollo Loco is fouled up for the fifth straight time, and most importantly, our affection for Madden 08 - the Spanish edition.
Our first stop every morning, LOS ESTADOS LATINOS, reports that Luis Castillo, the Charger linebacker who is on the cover of this year’s Lation Madden game, is now, you guessed it, injured.Hopefully the news that the Madden curse has spread south of the border won’t deter the wild popularity that our grand game of American football is enjoying there.
