The BRISTOL (CT) PRESS reports has the latest on Jeremy Green, who was arrested Thursday by Bristol Police at a hotel less than three miles from ESPN’s headquarters:

The ESPN football analyst charged with possessing child pornography admitted to police he was a cocaine user, a prosecutor said Friday.
In the state of Connecticut, an individual must possess more than 50 depictions or images to be charged with first-degree possession of child pornography. Read more…

The HARTFORD COURANT reported late Thursday that veteran ESPN NFL analyst Jeremy Green was arrested at a Hartford-area motel today and charged with “first-degree possession of child pornography, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia and was in custody on $750,000 cash bail.”

Green is a longtime ESPN TV and ESPN Radio analyst while also contributing extensively to ESPN.com. He most recently hosted an ESPN.com chat in late June.
His father is former NFL head coach Dennis Green. Read more…
