12:42 PM Lane Kiffin showed up on the set of ESPN's College Gameday today in Atlanta and picked Alabama over Florida. Kiffin gave the Crimson Tide the edge because of their more disciplined play (less penalties) than Florida this season.

12:26 PM Minnesota Viking Adrian Peterson was popped last Saturday with a speeding ticket for going 109 in a 55 mph zone. Turns out his teammate, wide receiver Bernard Berrian was also popped for speeding two days later, going 104 in a 60 mph zone!

12:06 PM Mike Bianchi of the Orlando Sentinel writes, "If Gators lose today, Carlos Dunlap will be one of biggest goats in state history."
