Denver Bronco Horn Blower

For many years, a 69-year-old woman Jeri Priest has blown “six electric car horns” in her neighborhood “every time the Denver Broncos score” with her husband of 48 years. But a lawyer, “who has repeatedly asked for anonymity” recently moved into the neighborhood and filed a charge of “disorderly conduct, unreasonable noise near a private residence,” with the Adams County court.

The judge in the case dismissed the complaint, but a shaken Priest, who actually thought she might do jailtime, has given her horns “to a Broncos’ charity — the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver — to auction off.
