The SOUTH FLORIDA SUN-SENTINEL pitches news that a Christian-based baseball organization is causing the Little League to raise a holy stink over trademark violations.

Little League Inc. is suing Jay Kaplan for calling his Florida-based group Christian Little League. The LL had previously sent Kaplan a cease & desist letter in early March before finally filing the lawsuit on Thursday.

But the 46-year-old organizer says he only answers to a higher authority:
