Peyton Manning Out Up To 6 Weeks After Surgery
There’s cause for concern in the Colts’ camp, as Peyton Manning has just undergone knee surgery, and could be out for up to six weeks.
Mike Chappell of the INDIANAPOLIS STAR reports that the star QB had an infected bursa sac removed from his left knee Monday afternoon. But his rehabilitation will mean that Manning will miss most of training camp, and his status for the Sept. 7 season opener against the Chicago Bears is now suddenly in doubt.
So, are the Colts in big trouble? Is it finally Jim Sorgi’s turn to shine?
