They get rich beyond rich from playing a game then become obnoxiously wealthy by wearing a cap with a shwoosh or posing in front of a camera with some product. Tiger makes untold millions from Nike while Nike uses what amounts to slave labor to produce thier products. A pair of athletic shoes that cost a couple bucks to make are sold on the market for perhaps hundreds of dollars. If sponsors think that we buy products just because some famous person is doing commercials, they need to think again. The public is to blame for this whole mess. If we had not put him on this pedestal, he couldn't have fallen. I have never heard Tiger say he was perfect or that he was such a huge moral example.
