SWINDAL SICKS LAWYER ON STEINBRENNER’S DAUGHTER: Things are starting to get very nasty between Steve Swindal and his former wife Jennifer - who also happens to be the daughter of George Steinbrenner.

Swindal you remember was in line to take over the team until (apparently) Nancy decided to divorce him (I wonder if a Swindal’s DUI at Spring Training and rumored infidelity had anything to do with it?).

The NEW YORK POST reports the former Yankees heir is now trying to put the screws to his ex-wife in divorce proceedings, refusing to pay alimony and claiming that she should also pay his legal fees.

And Swindal “demanded that any documents involving the Yankees be protected as trade secrets.” Swindal’s attorney, Stanford Soloman: “He didn’t ask for the divorce.”
