The MIAMI HERALD is reporting that Cleveland Browns receiver Donte Stallworth will be charged with DUI manslaughter, stemming from a car accident last month that killed a Miami Beach pedestrian.
A source told the Herald that the charges against Stallworth will be formally filed on Wednesday afternoon. Meanwhile, a second source told that paper that blood tests have shown that Donte had a blood alcohol content of 0.12 following the MacArthur Causeway crash that killed 59-year-old Mario Reyes. Video we posted about earlier showed Stallworth undergoing sobriety tests while paramedics attended to a fatally injured Reyes.
Stallworth, who previously played for the Patriots, Eagles and Saints, is said to be preparing to surrender to authorities.
