SPORTS RADIO SUCKED INTO SUPER HOLE: The only thing lamer than player and coach interviews in the week leading up to the Super Bowl is the nauseating nature of sports radio shows broadcast from radio row in the host city.
Shows that are normally chock full o’ provocative opinions are sucked into a black hole of boring interviews and bland commentary, rendering the show’s entertainment quotient undetectable.

ATTN sports radio program directors and producers: If you don’t want your listeners checking out the week before the the big game, dispense of the trip to the game site, and the temptation to justify the journey with an everlasting litany of buzzkilling bull sessions with Bowl-related b-listers.
