BP Sports conducted an interview about spiritual leadership in Major League Baseball with pitchers John Smoltz, Mike Sweeney, and Tim Salmon.

Smoltz advises that the biggest challenge in reaching out to teammates about their faith in Jesus Christ is staying the course:
