This was a very exciting election to be a part of. Couldn't believe all the celebrations I saw when Obama was declared the winner.

To be fair to McCain, he didn't seem too pleased by the booing and tried to get the crowd to stop. And he was very classy & respectful in his concession speech. I may not have voted for him, but I do respect him as a person.

I noticed that during McCain's concession speech, when Barack Obama was mentioned, the crowd loudly & rudely booed. Real classy there.

Conversely, when McCain was mentioned during Obama's speech, the crowd politely applauded. Just shows you the type of supporters each candidate collected.

I admit it was exciting to see so many people getting excited over a presidential election. Watching all the partying people, some folks with tears in their eyes - it was great to see political apathy take a hike for once.

I don't think Ohioans would agree with the McCain-Tressel allegory, since Jimmy is beloved in the Buckeye State, but voters chose Obama.
