It happened two years ago, but the transcripts were just released because he is in court NOW. It isn’t because it’s a slow news day. it is because our legal system is so bogged down with crap and lawyers are so good at trying to push things off that a guy goes 2 years before seeing a court room.

Part of it is because he withdrew his plea and now we as taxpayers get to pay for it again, because he doesn’t want to have a ding on his record with the NFL and their personal conduct policy. You’ve made enough money Brian. Knock it off…. accept your punishment like a man, and move on.

Wow this happened almost 2 years ago. slow news day huh?
He just went to court again for this and that’s way all of sudden it’’s big news again. Funny how all these “respected” media outlets forget to mention this was during the 06 season.

The cops did their job and B Dub was just drunk adding some humor to the cop’s boring night. He’s just trying to get the sentence lightened up a bit (just like anybody else would with a DUI) and the cops released the write up from the arrest to shove it in his face because he was acting like an —hole that night.

im a big jagz fan so can somebody get rid of this kid before he cause more trouble …. if these kids dont understand that playing pro ball is a privledge and you have to be a model citizen because you are a role model and are always in the camera light then they dont deserve to play ball they should rott in the ghetto they came from
