We spend time at Fripp every summer. The place we rent is on one of the golf courses. There are signs regarding alligators alongside all of the water areas. What is amazing to me is that people choose to ignore those signs. Last year, a couple renting the place next to us, let their two small children stand by the edge of the water, looking into the water. The parents were inside the house. I was amazed that they weren't more cautious, considering the alligator sign was right next to where the little kids were standing. People need to use some common sense if they are going to vacation in places that are wildlife sanctuaries.

Put up a sign? Screw that. Although tragic, I'm sure someone on the course AND a member of his foursome warned him about gators on the course. If you can afford the jingle to play that course you can afford to lose a Pro V1.
