Looks like a case of Vitiligo to me, but I’m no expert. More pics after the jump.
When skin lesions occur, they are most prominent on the face, hands and wrists. Depigmentation is particularly noticeable around body orifices, such as the mouth, eyes, nostrils, genitalia and umbilicus.
Not to be coarse, but when you turn your body into a chemistry set, strange things can occasionally happen.
Or could Sosa be bleaching his skin? Nothing would surprise me.

Vitiligo usually occurs with noticeable ‘blotches’. It could be he has vitiligo and had his skin bleached to even out the discoloration. Or, he might be a freak.

Look at the side by side of his face. You can see it pretty clearly on his chin and one of his cheeks. It’s either Vitiligo or this man is REALLY sick.(his face is pretty thinned out from what it was before too)

Looks like skin bleaching to me.If you look closely his eye color and hair texture are different.Maybe he want’s to be something other than black.Damn shame

It ain’t no damn vitaligo! This “man” is trying to turn himself white. Vitiligo doesn’t account for the green contacts and the terrible chemically processed hair. Black hispanics are notorious for this type of f***ery.

It is rather interesting to me how Micheal Jacksons doctors who obviously had much to gain by lying about Micheal having vitiligo have tainted the publics mind into believing all the bs about vitiligo.
Ufortunately the bleaching of skin is on the rise in the the Caribbean. Many Jamaican and Haitian women are bleaching their skin on a daily basis. Recently I have noticed more men bleaching their skin. (SMH)
Bleaching of Black skin and depleting it of its natural melanin causes skin cancer just as tanning of melanin deprived White skin causes skin cancer.
Lets hope he achieves what he trying to accomplish and becomes a white man and dies from skin cancer.

Alex you should research before you speak, theres videos and photos of Michael Jackson with discoloration all over his arms, chest, hands and neck. Before he became completely lighter, his skin had already begun its change since Off The Wall, idiot.
As for sammy, you can also clearly see the discoloration on his chin and cheeks and his hands being the same color as his face, either he has a skin disease or his health is decreasing in terrible ways. And Sammy, always permed his hair, you dont necessarily need to do anything drastic for a perm. I can perm my hair right now for about 5 bucks.
