Yeah, the guy probably shouldn't be zipping through a crowded street on skates like shown on the BBC video, and maybe he should be wearing a helmet. But, but, but! Can't they just ask the guy to leave the area, or maybe post signs on that part of the street that expicitly say "no skating" instead of bringing him to court and fining him $3000?! Wtf?! I think it's awesome that he's skating at such an old age! More power to him!! I hope at the very least this news makes other older folks get out of the house and excercise with the same vigor :)  I think this is such bullcrap!
