I completely understand your laundry list of qualifiers. Many women are afraid to report such behaviour. But please, it also has to be said that there is a long list of women who use society and our laws as a personal weapon to get revenge or something they want and it’s up to the man to prove he didn’t do it. (Not just difficult… impossible). In any event, only the jury will have the most complete picture and not have to rely on leaked info.
