The Roethlesberger story is on the AP wire, so ESPN is deliberately removing it from their story feed.
They haven’t maintained a 100% blackout, though, because the case is mentioned in captions for AP photos:

He didn’t do it. That much is obvious. Plus, all she said was that he blocked her path, grabbed and started kissing her. I guess that could have happened and then when she said no he stopped. That doesn’t rise to the level of rape and that is probably why it’s not being investigated.

ESPN has said they have a STRICT policy against reporting civil cases WITHOUT a criminal case being present.

That is an absolute Joke!! Remember the Randy Moss case just Last Year, NUFF SAID! No criminal charges were ever filed in this case.
