IN BIG UPSET, MEXICAN POLITICIAN IS CAUGHT CHEATING: The ASSOCIATED PRESS reports that Roberto Madrazo, who was narrowly defeated in the Mexican presidential election this year, claimed a time of 2:41:12 at the Berlin Marathon on Sept. 30, winning the age-55 division easily. In June, Madrazo record his previous personal best of 3:44 at the San Diego marathon.

So Madrazo, who is notorious in Mexico for his corrupt political career, claimed to have shaved over one hour off his personal best in a mere four months - at age 55. So we all know what that means: the Mexican politician cheated.
Sure enough, after Berlin officials went back to track Madrazo’s race conduct, they saw he skipped nine miles of the race by taking shortcuts.
The news has been amusing to Mexican citizens, who have taken time out from their busy days of plotting border crossings and searching Ebay for grilled cheese sandwiches featuring the Virgin Mary’s visage, to yuck it up over Madrazo’s misfortune.
