		<description>they will never draw fans in St. Pete! I live in Tampa, and it takes me 45 minutes to get to the game. It's not the stadium, trust me. If we did not have a dome, it would be WAY to hot, and then it would rain.This team need to be in down town Tampa, right next to Ray Jay or the Forum.</description>

		<description>I hope they build that new outdoor stadium on the St. Pete waterfront. That's the best hope for the Rays long-term. 

In the short term, the Rays do get 30,000+ crowds a few times a month. Winning will do that! 

Keep in mind, many of the best Rays are locked into multi-year deals... and the team doesn't need to trade to get better. The Rays will add to their payroll next season, as better players want to sign with a winning team.</description>

		<description>As you said above, who wants to be in a dome stadium in Tampa.  Put an open stadium on the water, offer drink specials and watch the hotties show up in bikinis.</description>
