Accuser Removes Randy Moss Restraining Order

Randy Moss may bump traffic cops and moon Lambeau spectators, but he does not assault women. The BOSTON HERALD confirms as such, as Rachelle Washington has dropped her restraining order against the Patriots receiver.

The accuser filed paperwork with the Broward County (Fla.) Circuit Court back on March 3, asking that her domestic violence charges against Moss be dismissed.

The fun all began back in January, when Washington claimed Moss attacked her in her Ft. Lauderdale condo, injuring her and hand and subjecting her to “reckless and degrading conduct“. Moss always maintained that her injury was an accident, and any other allegations of assault were untrue.

But after Moss’ people offered to pay for Washington’s medical expenses, she and her lawyer David McGill apparently demanded $500,000 from Randy, telling his crew “take it or leave it“. Moss’ lawyer and agent countered by threatening to sue Washington for extortion.

Now after all that, Rachelle looks to up empty-handed. Which is for the best, since her hand is probably still a little sore.
