GAS BAGS GOALKEEPER FOR SOCCER CLUB: Ananova.com reports Romanian second-division soccer team Lupeni has proposed an interesting trade to first-division club Jiul.

Lupeni will hand over goalkeeper Cristian Belgradean to Jiul, “provided Juil’s rich businessman owner pays for the construction of a gas pipeline in Lupeni.”

Too bad for Lupeni that Mark Cuban isn’t an owner in the league, since the NBA Dallas Mavericks owner liberally dispenses gas free of charge.
