I’ve got another pathetic tale involving LeBron James in Vegas last weekend to tell you about - though this time it won’t be spiked by the site hosting it.
(Bird blurred in video)
Cleveland’s FOX 8 reports today that LeBron James flipped off an Akron man ran into the NBA player at a Vegas nightclub last weekend.
Last weekend, DJ Fig, from Mix 94.1 in Akron, was at the Palazzo Hotel in Las Vegas. Early Monday morning, he spotted LBJ and his entourage partying at a nightclub.
As he took out his camera to snap a picture, the deejay said LeBron gave him the finger.
“I said ‘Hey, Akron still loves you man,’ and he gave the bird as you see in the picture,” said DJ Fig.
Apparently DJ Fig is a glutton for punishment, as that wasn’t the end of his requests of James that night.
“I walked right up to him. I said, ‘Hey dude, I just want a quick photo. I’m from Akron.’ He totally ignored me, got in the Excursion and left with (Lamar) Odom and some ladies.”
The deejay has since contacted the NBA to demand an apology - and has yet to hear back from the league.
More than anything, this story reflects just how much James has lost the public. (At least in Ohio.) If this behavior were out of character for James, FOX 8 either wouldn’t have run the story or would have - at the very least - presented the possibility that the deejay’s story was merely an allegation.

(Another day, another diss)
But because James is now so publicly unpopular and tales of his crass behavior so commonplace, the story and photo are presented by the television station as absolute fact.
Of course, it probably is.

The guy has the maturity and intelligence of a ten-year-old. He’s just really, really good at basketball. Watch him do that, and ignore him otherwise.

Lebron is being scapegoated here. It wasn’t his finger. That finger was controlled, influenced, much like V.P. Lyndon Baines Lady Bird Johnson when he sat in on meetings, according to me, that made sure JFK was offed so he could take over and “Give y’all your damn war.” LBJ? L eB ron J ames? But it gets better. Jews. You see, as I have stated in the past, and recently, Israel controls the media through a conspiracy of (wait, my heroin is drying up in its liquified form, please hold on…………………..). Okay, back. My wife - a Viet Namese woman who certainly would’ve been warmly welcomed by Hitler, who I have termed a “scapegoat” — she just replenished my drugs. This is my second, third??? who counts, wife. I paid the other one off because she was receiving messages from Israel. So, Himmler and the Gestapo warned of mind control. Lebron is NOT using his finger to do that. It’s an outside force - a shadowy figure, and, as was described in my “historically accurate” film JFK - incidentally, the film’s hero was a DA from New Orleans who had been caught in a men’s room soliciting an undercover male police officer, etc.. Kevin Costner played him, and if you think I didn’t know Costner had some Jewish roots - I did, which was why I cast him. Wanted to keep an EYE ON HIM… okay, so give Lebron a break. He’s being USED by the tinfoil wrapper on my head. Please. Send. Heroin.

If that’s a “bird”, I’m a monkey’s uncle. How can you show a picture, then claim it shows something it DOES NOT SHOW.

Assuming that is LeBron (and I’m not denying it’s not), do we not see the playful smile on his face? This douche bag from Akron is probably making the whole thing up. Who the hell would want to play for Cleveland anyways…and I’m from Akron.

YOU PEOPLE JUST DON’T GET IT! Some of your comments are INCOMPETENT at best!
Lebron’s BETRAYAL of Cleveland is IMMENSE on several levels that are plain old OBVIOUS!
1) 5 minutes before Lebron made his announcement on ESPN, the Cavs franchise was worth almost $500 MILLION dollars! But 5 minutes AFTER his announcement? It dropped to $250 MILLION!!
DAN GILBERT LOST $200 MILLION DOLLARS IN 10 FRIGGIN MINUTES THANKS TO LEBRON!!
2) The city of Cleveland and ALL of northeast Ohio embraced Lebron as a hero and a native SON! We’ve rooted him on for the past 7 years, and he WAS the Cav’s “identity”! He WAS the heart and soul of the team!
3) He has chosen to stab his hometown and Cavs fans in the back with his move to Miami, and even SPORTS REPORTERS who have been covering him since Jr. High are STUNNED and ANGRY because they never saw this coming either!
4) Lebron is acting as if he was treated like crap, taken advantage of by the Cavs organization, and abused by the fans! His character has completely transformed into the exact OPPOSITE of the “good guy” we’ve all been rooting for these past 7 years!
Bottom line, it IS a big deal and it IS devastating to the fans and local economy! Because the Cavs don’t have an identity anymore. There’s NO ONE to step in and fill his shoes.
He’s completely abandoned the city of Cleveland and all of Northeast Ohio just like a deadbeat dad would!
And there’s absolutely NO GOOD REASON for why he did it.
He just plain SELFISH, narcissistic, self-centered, DISLOYAL, and his character has been completely destroyed in the eyes of Cavs fans.

If the city of cleveland relied on a basketball player to boost its economy then that is sad. Lebron has the option to play anywhere he wants to. He has given his hometown 7 years what more could you selfish people ask for. What you guys want him to be traded when his skills decline and there is no championship wins. No one talks about how the NBA franchises trade veteran players like they are doing Lebron. I’m just tired of people thinking Lebron owes anyone or town anything. You guys got more than your monies worth out of him. Let the man make his decisions and don’t ignorant and immature like the owner, and simply wish the man well. Hey if you are a true cleveland cavs fan then continue to route for the time regardless. HE OWES CLEVELAND NOTHING. HE MADE CLEVELAND YOU’LL DIDN’T MAKE HIM. DON’T GET IT TWISTED. NOW SHUT THE HELL UP AND MOVE ON. GO GET EM LEBRON. BE LIKE ME AND BECOME A HEAT FAN. HA HA I DON’T FEEL SORRY FOR THE CAVS FANS BECAUSE LOOK AT HOW IGNORANT THEY ARE ACTING SUCH AS BECOMING DAMN NEAR VIOLENT AT A BASEBALL GAME WHEN SOMEONE WORE HEAT 6 JERSEY. lebron couldn’t have made a better decision. you’all don’t deserve him!!! I have never responded on a blog but just had. and don’t feel sorry for the owner losing 200 million believe me he is still good. like he said they will win a ring before lebron does well build up your team and stop whining. The owner act more like a bitch then i do; catching feelings it is all a BUSINESS

I agree with Fig! It’s not that Lebron left the CAVS it’s the selfish way he did it. He wouldn’t return phone calls to Gilbert weeks before his announcement. He has been talking to Wade and Bosh and the Miami organization for a long time. Players have said they were talking around the All Star Game and the Olympics. He knew he was leaving so why not “Man-Up” and just tell CLE and or Gilbert in respectful way. Oh…because that would not make for a good One Hour show on TV. Why leave the way he did? We loved him and would have wished him well, but his immaturity and lack of class got the best of him.
Break a leg Lebron!

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
