Deadspin jumped the shark awhile back. In the end, the pencil-dicked insecurities of AJ and the gang did them in.

I'm not going to argue that what AJ did was right or classy or even necessarily justifiable, and I understand that two wrongs don't make a right, but if this exposes to more people the disgusting 30-year-old culture of sexual discrimination/assault/harassment that exists at ESPN, and perhaps even shames the network into FINALLY doing something more than paying lip service to an equal and fair workplace, then I'm all for it.

Deadspin used to be a place where we could go for interesting, funny stories and make all sorts of jokes about it. It has turned into TMZ with writers getting angry at various ridiculous things.

Worse....they seem to be editing/deleting/banning users who don't agree with their point of view even if the users aren't bashing them.

Several long-time commenters got banned from Deadspin for simply calling them out on their coverage of Erin Andrews which Deadspin themselves wrote an article about defending themselves.

I just kind of laugh now....Deadspin used to be this all-open, mocking, fun site that has now turned into writers getting angry, admin banning anyone who isn't slurping on them, and stories that just....seem to be better found on PerezHilton

It's only a fight if both sides are aware of it. This is more like unilateral geek whine... probably a Deadspin reject waxing pathetic because of his bitterness.

I wonder how much time this twit spent researching a writing this? NO ONE CARES!
