the schottenstein family own value city department stores, and have naming rights over half of ohio state, from their b-ball arena to a museum. they're not known for transliteration, that's just in there because you quoted a jewish newspaper. they're big time in the state of ohio, hence his admiration.

Personally, I think you could have been a little funnier with the Jew jokes. Maybe throw in something about how James is now considering starting his own Hollywood once he converts. Or any other variations on the countless anti-semitic jokes in the world.
