You might not know the name Blake Griffin yet, but you will soon. And hopefully it will be because of his basketball ability and not because more photos like this end up on the internet:
Griffin, a 6-10, 251 lb. sophomore at Oklahoma, is putting up huge numbers through his first six games this season, averaging (yes, averaging) 25.7 points and 19.2 rebounds per game. NBADRAFT.NET predicts he’ll be the #1 pick in the 2009 (a glimmer of hope, Thunder fans). And he apparently likes to prance around in fields wearing women’s clothing. Dude’s got it all.
THE LOST OGLE says the photos just popped up in their inbox this weekend.
Griffin has the Sooners sitting at 6-0 and ranked #6 in the country, and had a dominant 18-point, 21-rebound performance in his last game against #10 Purdue. LOST OGLE isn’t concerned about him taking the heat for the pictures, though, even from their in-state rivals:
Seriously, I can already picture Clark Matthews and all the agricultural engineering students in Stillwater dressing up like this for a Bedlam game. But then I figured who the f*** cares, that’s Blake Griffin! Regardless of what the opposing team’s fans wear or say, he’ll still drop 30 and 15 and be the first pick in the NBA draft.
Here’s what Griffin looks like in real life, when he isn’t going all Bosom Buddies on us:
