What’s really sad is this clown could kill someone, get away with it (Refer to People vs. O.J. Simpson, 1995) or get a slap on the wrist and there would be no shortage of women willing to date this guy once he got out of jail and resumed his football career. And we all know some team would be more than willing to sign his sorry *ss! What a total waste!

It's just sad to see something like this with a pro athlete of this caliber. My feelings are popular on this but I believe that pro athletes that get paid millions of dollars have a responsibility to their fans to be someone worthy of looking up to as a man and an athlete. Marshall is obviously NOT worthy.

Why are famous people allowed to get away with things like this without the consequences that the rest of the public face? Abuse, DUI's, etc… The crime should mandate the punishment, not the amount of money or fame…

If you think this is only happening with Brandon Marshall your sadly mistaken. This is the definition of spousal abuse which involves a dozen or so players a year but gets just a blurb in the news. Sadly your are correct the ones who need to leave the mos very rarely do and in some cases it's to late.
But then again he plays for the Bronco's and they have a history of wife beating WR's ask Vance Johnson.
