isn't california broke? didnt the voters recently vote down tax increases? the state is billions of dollars in debt and where is this money going to come from?

yeah, build a new stadium in this economy. and people wonder why this country is in such a financial mess.

Also not really a Peninsula location (that's what Candlestick is). I guess you'd call Santa Clara South Bay. The proposed site is adjacent to the 49ers practice facility.
